Breakfast on the grass is an infamous painting by French artist Edouard Manet, painted in 1863. In this series, I am trying to look at modernity through the eyes of Eduard Manet.

I wonder how he would have portrayed this very breakfast?

What does modern man consume and what does he leave behind? What does he eat, every day? Beauty, poetry, music, or has his life itself turned into a "Fast Life" filled only with crumpled packaging from fast food?
